Welcome to 108YOGA, Centurion, a safe space to practise yoga and to feel light and bright!

I started my yoga journey many years ago – where everyone starts, at the gym. I then progressed to a yoga studio in Centurion that was well known, thereafter, the teacher suggested I look at a teacher training course. That’s where all the magic began in my yoga journey.

I want to provide a genuine experience and my style of teaching is playful and expressive. I love making people laugh in all my classes, just to keep the mood light and to help focus with what really matters, our health and wellbeing.
