At IOT.NXT’s corporate wellness day, I had the privilege of guiding my colleagues through a refreshing Yoga and Pilates session on the rooftop deck. With wide-open views of Centurion’s landscape and the busy highway below, it was the perfect reminder of how much noise and movement surrounds us every day.
Yet, in that elevated space, we discovered something simple: when you pause, breathe, and move with intention, harmony is always within reach.

During the session, we explored easy stretches and Pilates-inspired movements designed for the workplace. These practices are especially useful for anyone spending long hours at a desk:
