What are the different styles of yoga on offer?

108YOGA prides it’self on offering a variety of Yoga styles to suit different needs, preferences and experience levels such as:

Hatha Yoga – building strength and stability. It is a dynamic and strong practice suitable for all levels.

*Vinyasa Yoga / Flow – A flowing practice, energetic, helping to build flexibility, strength, and endurance.

Yin Yoga – Holding postures to target the fascia. This style encourages stillness, introspection, and flexibility.

*Kundalini Yoga – Combines breathwork, chanting, and spinal flexion exercises, enhance mental clarity, and promote emotional balance.

Do I need to book for a yoga class?

Walk-ins are welcome; however, we prefer knowing in advance to secure a spot for you in the studio.

Do you provide yoga mats and equipment?

Yes! We have yoga mats and blocks available at the studio for your convenience.

Is there secure parking?

Yes! We have ample, safe parking with a security gate, and you can see your car from the studio entrance.

What should I wear to a yoga class?

Wear loose, comfortable clothing or leggings—the key is to move freely and feel at ease during your practice.

Can I earn Discovery Vitality points?

Yes, we are a Discovery Vitality accredited facility. You can earn 100 points per session as part of your wellness journey with us.

How much are your classes?

Drop-in class: R150 per session
Regular practice discounts offered for those attending regularly in the week.
