At 108 Yoga, we honor the rhythm of nature and the quiet wisdom it offers us. One of the most powerful moments in the lunar cycle is the full moon—a time that illuminates, reveals, and invites us to let go. That’s why each month, we open our space for a special Full Moon Flow, where we come together in community to support our emotional, physical, and mental well-being.
Why We Flow Under the Full Moon
The full moon amplifies energy. It often brings to the surface emotions, thoughts, or patterns that are ready to be acknowledged—and released. In the busyness of daily life, we don’t always make time to pause and reflect. These monthly gatherings offer just that: a sacred pause to reset, ground, and reconnect.
Our Full Moon Flow is designed to gently lift the heavy energy we may have been carrying—whether it’s stress, uncertainty, tension, or emotional fatigue—and replace it with lightness, clarity, and a renewed sense of self.
The Practice: Chandra Namaskar (Moon Salutations)
Each session centers around Chandra Namaskar, or Moon Salutations—a meditative, grounding flow that encourages introspection and calm. Unlike the fiery energy of Sun Salutations, this practice is slow, fluid, and soothing. It helps us remain rooted while softening the edges of tension in the body and mind.
Through mindful movement and breath, we create space—not just in the body, but in the heart and mind as well. We reflect on what no longer serves us, honor our journey, and release what we’re ready to leave behind.
A Space to Heal, Connect, and Transform
These monthly sessions are more than just yoga classes—they are rituals of release and renewal. They’re a chance to check in with ourselves and with one another. To move with intention. To breathe with awareness. And to feel held and supported in a shared space of healing.
We invite you to join us each full moon as we move, reflect, and reconnect with the cycles of nature and our own inner world. Together, we create a collective energy of grounding, lightness, and transformation.
