Meditation: Planting Seeds of Intention

Close your eyes and settle into a comfortable position. Feel your body rooted to the ground, like the soil of the earth cradling a seed. Breathe deeply, inhaling through the nose and exhaling through the mouth. As you breathe, visualize a vast garden in front of you—empty yet fertile. Hold the intention for the year in your heart and imagine it as a glowing seed in your hands. Gently plant this seed into the soil. With every inhale, imagine watering it, and with every exhale, see it growing, reaching for the sky. Trust that with care and patience, this seed will bloom into your vision for the year.
