Connecting with people drives my passion, and sharing yoga feels like a remarkable honor—it’s truly my life’s mission.
My yoga journey began when I searched for a way to improve my sleep and find quality rest from the demands of a stressful IT career. I wanted a natural solution, so I turned to yoga. I avoided medication because of its impact on hormones and the digestive system.
From my first class, I felt a shift. Over the weeks, yoga improved my sleep and mesmerized me with how easily it eased the subliminal stress that had built up over time. The practice became my anchor, providing the stability and outlet I didn’t realize I needed.
One day, my teacher suggested I consider teacher training because I attended class so often. That comment planted a seed. I crunched the numbers, weighed my options, and signed up the next day. That decision changed everything.
During the two-year course, I learned about yoga and myself. I unlearned old habits, refreshed my perspective, and established boundaries where I needed them. I discovered the values that resonate deeply with me and embraced the importance of honoring them.

Yoga gave me more than restful nights; it transformed how I approach life, work, and relationships. Now, I share this transformative practice with others, guiding them to find balance, peace, and the courage to prioritize their well-being.
